Yes, you can purchase internet vouchers from the reception that will work on both internet kiosks and the WiFi.
Please follow the forgotten password process on the WiFi landing page to recover your password. Our customer services will not have access to your password and as a result, will not be able to tell you over the phone.
Your account will provide you access for up to 3 devices to be named on the account during the available paid for period. If the account isn't giving access to the internet it maybe because the account has either been used on too many devices, or that the paid for access has run out.
Yes. Your account will provide you with access at other Premier Inn hotels, and any paid for access that is still valid, can be used at other Premier Inn sites.
The Premier Inn WiFi service accept payment online using a Visa, MasterCard or American Express, debit/credit card, or via PayPal.
You can also purchase a voucher from the hotel reception that will work on both WiFi and internet kiosks. Kiosks also accept credit/debit card payments.

Yes. Your account can have up to 3 devices named on it.
For customers who purchase the Monthly or Annual Ultimate package, you can swap out/ remove one of your registered devices once in every 30 day period by contacting our customer services team on email@example.com
When using the internet service either as a paid user or a voucher user, the internet access is always measured in time from first use, so 24h access will start and finish at the same time, one day apart. It is not measured as cumulative time online.
Premier-Inn offer free WiFi throughout your stay. If you wanted to upgrade to the Ultimate Service the current tariffs are:
1 day = £5
1 week = £15
1 month = £30
1 year = £150
When you attempt to login with your account that doesn't have any credit on it, you will be prompted to top-up your account. Please follow the online process for adding more funds to your account.
Selected Premier Inn hotels also offer internet access via internet kiosks. These accept credit card and vouchers (available for purchase from the reception).
Yes, a number of Premier Inn hotels offer internet access via an internet kiosk. Please see individual hotel facilities on Premier Inn website or ask the hotel receptionist about this facility.
The cost for printing will be deducted from the credit that you have on the internet kiosk.
Currently a select number of hotels offer a printing facility, and this is via the internet desk. Please check with the hotel reception for the service.
If the internet kiosk has a printer, then once you are on the website that you want to print, simply click the print button. Payment will be taken from your credit for time online. If you don't have enough credit, then you can top-up on the kiosk.

Yes; your voucher can be used on up to 3 named devices during the valid period.
Vouchers are alphabet-character only and are not case sensitive. Please make sure that you have not typed in numbers instead of letters.
Premier Inn vouchers also have an expiry date. Please make sure the voucher code is currently valid.
